1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 80hi ("80hi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://80hi.io. 80hi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 80hi platform, you must create a registered account via the 80hi Login page. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and up to date.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold exactly one active account on the 80hi platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 80hi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold outstanding balances pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your password, one-time password (OTP), or any other security credential with any third party. 80hi will never contact you to request your password. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

80hi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and payment details of registered players. Verification may be requested at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Accepted verification documents include: National ID Card (NID), passport, birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority, and mobile wallet confirmation from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket matching the registered account details. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

80hi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, and BRAC Bank internet banking. 80hi does not accept payments in foreign currency. All account balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. 80hi reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. 80hi targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank internet banking withdrawals. These are target timeframes and not guarantees; actual processing may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 80hi requires: (a) successful KYC verification as described in Section 3.4; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements as described in Section 5; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal destination matches the payment method registered to your account. 80hi reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money-laundering checks before releasing funds, in line with applicable regulations.

4.5 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit fails after your mobile wallet or bank account has been debited, contact 80hi support immediately via live chat with your transaction reference number. 80hi will investigate and, where the funds were received by the platform, credit them to your account within 24 hours. Where funds were not received, 80hi will provide confirmation for your records to assist with a dispute with your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on the 80hi sportsbook are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. 80hi does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned before the outcome has been determined; (b) the bet was placed at an odds price that was clearly the result of a system error or manifest pricing error; (c) the event or market is determined to be affected by corrupt activity or match-fixing as determined by the relevant sporting authority; (d) the player's account is under investigation for fraud at the time the bet was placed. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

80hi reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits per bet, per event, and per day. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be displayed at the point of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will not be credited.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 80hi platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, dice games, and fishing titles — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and volatility information are available within each game's information panel. 80hi does not modify game RTP rates.

Disconnection during a live game does not void a round that has already commenced; the outcome of that round will stand as determined by the game server, and any winnings will be credited to your account automatically upon reconnection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not legally authorised to use.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 80hi

80hi reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) 80hi reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) an account is flagged by fraud or anti-money-laundering systems; (c) a self-exclusion request has been received; (d) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires it; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to 80hi.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 80hi account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawals will be settled and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Once closed, your account data will be retained by 80hi in line with the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

9.3 Balance at Closure

Upon account closure initiated by 80hi for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where it is determined that the balance arose in connection with the breach. Where account closure is voluntary or administrative, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 80hi's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 80hi account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

80hi shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (b) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) service interruptions caused by events outside 80hi's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of third parties; (e) losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that contains errors or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 80hi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

80hi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 80hi will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or by direct communication to your registered contact details. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the revised Terms.

Your continued use of the 80hi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Amendments that are required for legal or regulatory compliance may take effect immediately without advance notice.
